Cohort & Plus

Full refund within 14 days, no questions. After day 14, no refund.

Ebooks & guides

Refund within 14 days if the file did not download. Otherwise non-refundable.

Private case

$49 application fee refunded within 5 business days if we don't accept your case. Once we accept and you pay the case fee, it's non-refundable after the intake call. Before the intake, full refund minus a $50 admin fee.

Retainer

Pro-rata refund if cancelled mid-month, with a 30-day notice period.
