How private care actually runs

Five steps. No mystery.

  1. You apply. A short form, then a free 15-minute discovery call to make sure private care is the right fit.
  2. You onboard. Bloodwork, InBody, medication list, and a baseline questionnaire. We review everything before your first call.
  3. Kick-off call. The doctor lays out your protocol on a shared screen. You leave with the plan.
  4. The work. You log meals, vitals, sleep. Doctor reviews daily on his schedule. You message anytime.
  5. Recalibrate. Every 4 weeks the protocol is rewritten based on what's actually happening.

Before you commit.

Is this a replacement for my GP / endocrinologist?
No. Dr. Ahmed is a pharmacist with a focus on nutrition and drug-timing. We work alongside your physician — never in place of one.
What's the difference between Premium and Concierge?
Premium gives you weekly calls and near-instant replies. Concierge gives you the doctor's mobile line, weekend access, and in-person where geography allows. Concierge is application-only.
Can I pause for travel / Ramadan / surgery?
Yes — Standard can pause once per quarter. Premium and Concierge can pause anytime; we resume the day you're back.
What if I want to upgrade?
Anytime. Pay the difference, prorated. We never lock you in.
Refunds?
Full refund within 14 days. After that, prorated for unused months. Full policy.
